 Beginning Monday November 2, 2009, hours of operation for the toll free AlaskAdvantage Customer Service Call Center will change to 8:30-4:30 Monday-Friday.  Customers may continue to receive 24-hour automated account information through our Interactive Voice Response System (IVR) and through our web-based servicing system; AlaskAdvantage online.
The Alaska Commission on Postsecondary Education (ACPE) AlaskAdvantage Programs is pleased to announce our new electronic application and user account services,, which allows users secure access to manage their accounts, make payments, apply for loans, and many other new features.
