Professional Student Exchange Loan Program

In most cases, Professional Student Exchange Loan Program (PSEP) students pay resident tuition and the students' home state pays an additional support fee to the institution. Alaska students are individually responsible for paying tuition and the support fee. ACPE finances the support fee costs in the form of a PSEP loan which the student must repay upon completion of the program of study.

Beginning Fall 2009:

4.8% (4.8% APR)¹ in-school interest rate, 7.6%(7.6% APR)¹repayment rate
NO origination fee

AlaskAdvantage Borrower Benefits are subject to approval annually by the Alaska Student Loan Corporation.

Enrollment in one of the following PSEP fields of study in which Alaska participates:

Dentistry
Occupational Therapy
Optometry
Physician Assistant
Podiatry
Pharmacy
Physical Therapy
